Red Star Development responded in the institutional research Q&A that the company's Chongqing Ruidesida Optoelectronic New Materials Project will start trial production in February 2026, and the current production line is still being debugged and has not reached full production capacity. Currently, the company's subsidiary Tianqingshi has reserves of approximately 35,000 to 40,000 tons, and the supply price of the mine in the first quarter of 2026 is around 1,100 yuan per ton, with pricing determined through negotiation every quarter. Strontium salt products are mainly used in industries such as magnetic materials and liquid crystal glass substrates. The rise in sulfur sales prices will have a positive impact on the company's profit. Since the raw materials needed for the production of strontium carbonate by the company's subsidiary are mainly purchased from local mines in Chongqing, with a relatively small proportion of imported ore, the impact on the company's production and operation is limited, and the subsidiary is currently actively conducting trial production debugging with relatively sufficient raw material reserves.
