Prize-winning invoices have been awarded a total of 1.85 billion yuan in prizes. Three types of violations are being closely monitored and investigated.

The reporter learned that as of March 12, the pilot cities for prize-winning invoices have already distributed a total of 18.5 billion yuan in prizes, attracting a total of 230 million participants. The person in charge of the State Administration of Taxation's Management and Technology Development Department stated that according to relevant requirements, during the implementation of prize-winning invoice activities, relevant departments will work together to focus on monitoring and handling several types of violations. Firstly, there is the violation of issuing false invoices, which refers to issuing invoices for participating in prize-winning invoice activities that do not reflect actual consumption or are inconsistent with the actual consumption situation. Secondly, there is the improper splitting or merging of invoices, which refers to illegitimately splitting or merging invoices to increase chances of winning prizes by unreasonably or inaccurately splitting or merging the consumption amount. Thirdly, there is the violation of issuing red-cancelling invoices, which refers to issuing red-cancelling invoices without any sales returns, incorrect invoicing, termination of taxable services, or sales rebates, or repeatedly issuing red-cancelling invoices for the same consumption by repeatedly changing the purchaser information.
