According to the Qichacha app, recently, Meike Kelu New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. was established in Hefei City, with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of integrated circuit chips and products; manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components; sales of semiconductor device specialized equipment; manufacturing of semiconductor device specialized equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Kelu Electronics.
