National Development and Reform Commission: Promoting the construction of low-altitude intelligent grid linkage system. Government departments are promoting the construction of related infrastructure and standard formulation.
The National Development and Reform Commission clearly stated in the "Report on the Implementation of the 2025 National Economic and Social Development Plan and the Draft 2026 National Economic and Social Development Plan" that in 2026, it is necessary to improve the low-altitude economic industry and innovation ecology, with a focus on promoting the construction of safety infrastructure such as low-altitude intelligent network systems. Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission interpreted the "low-altitude intelligent network system" in the form of "Three Questions and Three Answers": the low-altitude intelligent network system is a combination of traffic lights, traffic police, and navigation maps in the sky, moving the logic of the Internet and traffic management on the ground to the airspace. The future goal of the system is to build a safe, orderly, efficient, and intelligent low-altitude digital ecosystem. Currently, government departments are promoting the construction of related infrastructure and the formulation of technical standards, and it is believed that new types of infrastructure, high-end equipment manufacturing, and operation services in related industries will all have vast development opportunities.
