Since the operation of Hainan's port closure until the end of February, the import and export of goods by enterprises have increased by 29.1% year-on-year.

According to statistics from Haikou Customs, since the closure operation on December 18, 2025, as of the end of February 2026, the total volume of goods traded by Hainan enterprises in import and export has reached 65.49 billion yuan, an increase of 29.1% year-on-year. Among them, exports amounted to 26.84 billion yuan, an increase of 55.4%; imports amounted to 38.65 billion yuan, an increase of 15.5%.
