According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Xinjiang Kumusun Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yang Xiaoxin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes coal mining, coal washing, coal and product sales, coal-based activated carbon and other coal processing, and new material technology research and development. Equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is fully owned by Xinjiang Tianchi Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TBEA.
