Lin Xin, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, stated at a press conference of the State Council Information Office on the 18th that, with the approval of the State Council, the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting will be held in Beijing from March 25th to 29th. This year's forum will highlight high-level scientific and technological open cooperation, implement bilateral and multilateral international cooperation framework agreements, hold multiple themed forum events, implement the Open Science International Initiative, and release the "Open Science International Cooperation Action Plan."
