Xinjiang is an important transmission point for transmitting electricity from the west to the east of China and exporting green electricity. By the end of 2025, Xinjiang had established six renewable energy bases with a capacity of tens of millions of kilowatts, with a total installed capacity of 169 million kilowatts, accounting for 64% of Xinjiang's total installed capacity.
