In the European market at the close on Tuesday, the yield on the 10-year UK government bond fell by 7.6 basis points to 4.694%. The yield on the 2-year UK bond fell by 5.5 basis points to 4.044%. The yield on the 30-year UK bond fell by 7.0 basis points, and the yield on the 50-year UK bond fell by 5.5 basis points. The 2/10-year UK bond yield spread narrowed by 2.254 basis points to +64.770 basis points.
