Victory Capital submits an improved proposal to acquire Junel Henderson.

Victory Capital Holdings Inc. has submitted an improved offer to acquire Junlai Henderson Group, which will be in the form of $40 per share in cash plus 0.250 shares of Victory stock as consideration, valuing Junlai Henderson at $56.84 per share.
