ATS Energy Storage signs 2.5GWh overseas order.
On March 17, Atess announced that its energy storage solutions business subsidiary, Atess Energy Storage, has signed a supply agreement with a large overseas utility company to provide a battery energy storage system for an energy storage project with a capacity of approximately 500MW/2,493MWh. The project will be used to support the growing power demand of data centers and enhance the resilience and reliability of the regional grid. According to the agreement, Atess Energy Storage will provide approximately 500 units of SolBank 3.0 energy storage systems for the project. Equipment delivery is expected to begin in March 2027 and be completed by July of the same year.
