Baidu Group: Ding Jian resigned as the independent director of the Board of Directors.

On March 17, Baidu Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Ding Jian had resigned as an independent director of the company's board, a member of the company's audit committee and corporate governance and nomination committee, as well as the chairman of the company's compensation committee, due to personal work arrangement changes, effective from March 17, 2026. After Ding Jian's resignation, adjustments will be made to the company's audit committee, compensation committee, and corporate governance and nomination committee to ensure that each committee is composed of two independent directors of the company and complies with applicable corporate governance regulations.
