Raeco Defense: Subsidiary increases capital by 49 million yuan, control still in hand.

Recko Defense announced that in order to stabilize the Recko Aerospace Management and Technology team, and to build a long-term incentive mechanism, the company will increase its capital and introduce an employee shareholding platform. The total amount of capital increase in this transaction is 49 million yuan, with an additional registered capital of 40.8333 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Recko Aerospace will increase from 75 million yuan to 1.16 billion yuan, and the company's shareholding ratio will decrease from 100% to 64.75%, still remaining the controlling shareholder. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors, constitutes a related party transaction, but is not a major asset restructuring, therefore no shareholder meeting approval is required.
