Huidi Technology announced that, through self-inspection, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Huidi, needs to make a supplementary payment of 9.6798 million yuan in taxes and 2.6215 million yuan in late fees. This supplementary payment does not involve any tax administrative penalties. The above-mentioned supplementary tax and late fees will be included in the company's current period profit and loss for 2025, and is expected to affect the company's net profit for 2025 by 12.3013 million yuan. The final financial statements for 2025 will be based on the audited financial statements of the company for the year 2025.
