According to Baotailong, on March 17, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Baotailong Donghui Coal Mine Project was held in Jiexian County, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province. The total investment of the project is 3.007 billion yuan, with a designed production capacity of 1.8 million tons per year and a matching coal washing plant of the same scale. The service life is 52.7 years, the mining area covers an area of 46.2 km, with total reserves of 246 million tons and recoverable reserves of 133 million tons.
