Chunqiu Electronics announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Xue Gewen holds 144 million shares of the company, accounting for 32.31% of the total shares. Recently, Xue Gewen pledged 10 million shares to CITIC Securities, accounting for 6.93% of the shares held and 2.24% of the total share capital, for the purpose of replacing pledged shares; extended the expiration date of the pledge of 25 million shares to March 12, 2027; released 11.28 million shares of pledge, accounting for 7.81% of the shares held and 2.52% of the total share capital. As of the date of the announcement, a total of 23.72 million shares have been pledged, accounting for 16.43% of the shares held and 5.31% of the total share capital.
