The Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, the State Forestry and Grassland Administration, the National Fire and Rescue Bureau and other departments recently jointly issued a notice, requiring all local departments to fully prepare for the Qingming Festival in 2026, strengthen and improve funeral and burial service management, guide changes in customs, actively prevent and resolve the risk of forest and grassland fires, and create a standardized, orderly, green, civilized and peaceful atmosphere for tomb sweeping.
