According to a report from the Korean Central News Agency on the 17th, Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, personally guided the construction work of the overseas Military Operation Merit Memorial Hall on the 16th. The report stated that Kim Jong-un inspected various parts of the construction site, including the interior of the memorial hall, cemetery area, and the area displaying captured weapons, and reviewed the progress of the finishing work and the placement of statues and symbolic mementos. Currently, the progress of the memorial hall construction has reached 93% of the total project volume. Kim Jong-un emphasized that the memorial hall should become a comprehensive and collective embodiment of North Korean architectural and artistic creativity.
