The General Office of the Beijing Municipal People's Government issued a notice on the "Key Points of Work for Comprehensive Optimization of the Business Environment in Beijing in 2026". It aims to expand new cooperation space in the fields of green development, artificial intelligence, and digital economy, and guide the rational and orderly cross-border layout of industrial chain supply chains. It will better leverage the guiding role of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Artificial Intelligence Application Cooperation Center in technology cooperation and application solutions. It supports the international development of the Zhongguancun Autonomous Grand Model Industry Alliance. It deepens cooperation between digital economy enterprises in Beijing and Hong Kong to go global. Strengthen the construction of the "going global" service system, optimize the functions of platforms such as the Belt and Road Initiative direct train and overseas comprehensive services, and provide "one-stop" legal, financial, tax, and intellectual property services. Improve the "Beijing + overseas" service network, connect resources such as embassies, chambers of commerce, and professional institutions in Beijing, encourage leading enterprises to lead small and medium enterprises in "going out in groups", and promote collaborative internationalization of enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
