Beijing: Supporting the training and application of large-scale artificial intelligence models in vertical fields.

The General Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality issued a notice on the key points of the work to comprehensively optimize the business environment in Beijing in 2026. The notice includes initiatives such as promoting the operation and use of public data authorization, creating a diversified system of public data products and services, improving the trading rules of the Beijing International Big Data Exchange, and facilitating the trading of high-value public data products in the financial and medical fields. In addition, efforts will be made to build high-quality data sets in fields such as scientific research, healthcare, and education to support the training and application of large AI models in vertical industries. The city will also accelerate the cultivation and aggregation of data businesses along the entire data chain, improve the supply and demand matching mechanism, facilitate cross-border data flow, and explore mechanisms for data classification, identification of important data, and management of data exports. The scope of the negative list for data export will be expanded to cover the entire city.
