The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to implement a larger reduction in flights at Chicago O'Hare International Airport than originally anticipated. This will force American Airlines and United Airlines to adjust their plans to expand operations at this aviation hub. In a new notice released on Monday, the FAA proposed setting the daily limit on takeoffs and landings at 2608, lower than the previously suggested 2800. The FAA also called for the implementation of flight time restrictions to limit the number of flights within each 30-minute period. The agency added that O'Hare Airport was one of the most heavily delayed airports last summer. United Airlines had previously stated plans to operate around 780 flights per day at O'Hare this summer, a 34% increase from the same period last year.

The open-source artificial intelligence agent, commonly known as "OpenClaw", has recently gained popularity. NVIDIA has also announced the launch of a minimal mode to help users "raise lobsters". NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang announced the release of NemoClaw at the GTC event on Monday, which is compatible with the OpenClaw agent platform. Users only need one command to install a deployment tool chain optimized for OpenClaw. NemoClaw uses the NVIDIA Agent Toolkit software to optimize OpenClaw with just one command.
