The U.S. government has requested the judge to reconsider the decision to revoke the subpoena for Powell.

The U.S. Department of Justice has asked a federal judge to reconsider the decision to revoke the subpoena for Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell. The motion was filed on Monday. Federal prosecutors argued to U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg that the court "applied the wrong legal standards, made factual errors in some respects, and ignored other relevant facts."
