Shentong Express announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai Datengshen Technology Co., Ltd., intends to acquire 100% equity of Jieyang Chuanyun Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Chuanshen Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd. held by Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. in cash, with a transaction price of 280 million yuan. The transaction party is a related party of the company, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. Jieyang is one of the important grain-producing areas for express delivery, and Jianyang is also a key node for express logistics in the southwestern region. Improving the local transit network layout is of great strategic significance for the company to expand the local market size. Both targets of this acquisition, Jieyang Chuanyun and Chengdu Chuanshen, operate highly customized warehousing and logistics centers in their respective locations, with an area of approximately 150 mu and 130 mu, respectively, and have a certain scarcity of regional resources.
