Hongri announcement, the actual controller and the concerted action parties plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding from April 9, 2026 to July 8, 2026 as follows: Wei Hua, Wang Linhua, Wu Gang, and Shi Zhangcheng plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 66,000 shares, 6,000 shares, 66,000 shares, and 40,000 shares respectively, with a total of no more than 178,000 shares; Vice President Zhang Guangming and Director Yao Zuowen plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 30,000 shares and 20,000 shares respectively, with a total of no more than 50,000 shares.
