Western Construction Announcement: In order to accelerate overseas market layout and promote international development strategy, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, China Construction Western Construction Singapore Limited, in Singapore with a registered capital of 1.25 million US dollars; and a wholly-owned subsidiary, China Construction Western Construction Tashkent Limited, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan with a registered capital of 1.23 billion sums.
