Tianyancha business information shows that on March 16, Shenzhen Yunqi Zhihe Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Zhongyi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, accepting financial institution commissions for information technology and process outsourcing services, advertising production, data processing and storage support services, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Xingluo Shiguang Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Douyin Group.
