According to sources, XinXin Group is considering raising $500 million through the issuance of US dollar bonds.
Insiders said that China's major green energy supplier Xinjiang Goldwind Group is considering raising funds of up to $500 million by issuing three-year US dollar bonds. Insiders said that the company is considering issuing as early as May. The bonds may be issued in multiple tranches, with pricing likely in the range of 7.5% to 9.8%. Insiders said that Goldwind held an online meeting on Friday to discuss potential issuance with some investors. According to the information disclosed when responding to investor questions about the bonds, the company began repurchasing related notes starting in January 2022 and will fully repay them by October 30, 2023. Goldwind Group has not yet responded to requests for comment.
