According to the latest news, recently, New Fengguang and Yuanshan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Jining, Shandong. According to the agreement, the two parties will engage in in-depth technical exchanges in the field of high-power gallium nitride devices, focusing on the actual demand of high-frequency, high-voltage components for New Fengguang's variable frequency converters, energy storage converters, SST and other core products, and jointly explore the R&D path for customized GaN devices and power modules. In terms of industrialization, the agreement specifies that after the related GaN devices of Yuanshan New Material are put into mass production, under the same conditions, New Fengguang will have priority in procurement; Yuanshan New Material will also prioritize technical support and production capacity supply for New Fengguang. The agreement also mentions that New Fengguang will fully coordinate the industrial resources of the listed company and related industrial acquisition fund tools, and actively explore the possibility of strategic investment, equity cooperation or industrial acquisition of Yuanshan New Material when conditions are mature in the future.
