According to information from JD's judicial auction platform, Jiangsu Haian Rural Commercial Bank completed the transaction of 30 million shares of equity on March 10, ultimately won by Jiangsu Rural Commercial Joint Bank for 120 million yuan. This transaction is the second time the bank has participated in the auction of Haian Rural Commercial Bank's equity recently. Previously, at the end of February, Jiangsu Rural Commercial Joint Bank had already acquired 9 million shares of equity of Haian Rural Commercial Bank for 36 million yuan. Through the two rounds of equity auctions, Jiangsu Rural Commercial Joint Bank has spent a total of 156 million yuan, acquiring a total of 39 million shares of Haian Rural Commercial Bank, accounting for 3.9% of its total share capital.
