March 16th: The "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products" decreased by 0.43 points compared to last Friday.

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on March 16, the "Farm Product Wholesale Price Index 200" was 122.76, a decrease of 0.43 points from last Friday, and the "basket of vegetables" product wholesale price index was 124.46, down 0.52 points from last Friday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural product wholesale market is 16.18 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from last Friday; beef is 66.20 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.2% from last Friday; mutton is 64.78 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.7% from last Friday; eggs are 7.53 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.4% from last Friday; and white chicken is 17.17 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.0% from last Friday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables is 4.89 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.0% from last Friday, and the average price of 6 key monitored fruits is 7.90 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.5% from last Friday. Crucian carp is 19.88 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.4% from last Friday; carp is 14.56 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.8% from last Friday; white carp is 10.60 yuan/kg, an increase of 3.1% from last Friday; and large yellow croaker is 43.08 yuan/kg, an increase of 2.6% from last Friday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five in terms of price increase compared to last Friday are white carp, large yellow croaker, garlic, grass carp, and green beans, with increases of 3.1%, 2.6%, 2.1%, 1.3%, and 1.3% respectively; and the top five in terms of price decrease are celery, cucumber, spinach, zucchini, and lettuce, with decreases of 5.6%, 5.5%, 5.0%, 3.7%, and 2.9% respectively.
