According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Beijing Chentai Real Estate Co., Ltd. was established with Liu Guofu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 900 million yuan. Its business scope includes real estate development and operation, non-residential real estate leasing, parking lot services, and property management. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is wholly owned by Shoukai Shares.
