A Greek shipowner has dispatched a second oil tanker through the Strait of Hormuz. Bloomberg's compiled tanker tracking data shows that the "Smyrni" oil tanker operated by Athens-based Dynacom Tankers Management Ltd. sent a signal near Mumbai on Saturday morning, with its last signal being sent on Tuesday inside the Persian Gulf, indicating it likely turned off its transponder during the passage through the strait. Earlier this month, the company also dispatched another oil tanker, the "Shenlong," through this narrow waterway.
