Beijing to host the first large-scale spring job fair of 2026, with over 70% of the positions in the field of science and technology innovation.

On the 14th, the 2026 Spring Large-scale Job Fair jointly organized by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and multiple departments, as well as the "Job Attraction Future - National City Tour Recruitment Beijing Station" event, was held at the China International Exhibition Center, with over 480 companies showcasing tens of thousands of job positions. This is the first large-scale job fair held in Beijing in 2026. The responsible person from the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that this job fair focuses on the development needs of the capital's science and technology industries, with high-tech positions becoming the main recruitment force, accounting for over 70% of total positions, covering various fields such as AI algorithms, software development, chip design, industrial vision inspection, and hydrogen energy technology application. Innovative companies like Ideal Automobile, Galaxy General Robotics, and Kuaishou have become the main recruiters. At the event, 12 new professional experience areas were set up, covering areas such as drones, pet economy, artificial intelligence, international catering, organizing and storage, waterproofing for buildings, intelligent accompaniment for medical treatment, and hydrogen energy, allowing job seekers to immerse themselves in popular new professions like AI trainers and drone pilots through VR simulation, on-site practice, interactive experiences, and other forms. To ensure full participation of college graduates, the organizers of the job fair sent advance notices to over 90 universities in Beijing, and set up a special employment zone for college graduates on site, providing more than 6,300 job positions from over 230 central state-owned enterprises, research institutes, specialized and innovative companies, and technology enterprises to serve the youth group, while also launching employment internship positions simultaneously.
