Hainan: By 2035, the "Hainan 1234 Transportation Circle" will be basically achieved.

According to Hainan Daily, the "Outline of the Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transportation Network Plan of Hainan Province" was officially released recently. The "Outline" specifies that by 2035, Hainan will achieve seamless connectivity within and outside the province, multi-level connectivity of city nodes, continuous improvement in comprehensive transportation service capacity and quality, convenient and smooth passenger intermodal transport, efficient multi-modal transport of goods, and basically realize the "Hainan 1234 Travel Transportation Circle." It will fully integrate into China's "Global 123 Fast Freight Logistics Circle."
