Yu Chengdong talks about Huawei's full-scene ecosystem.

At AWE 2026, Huawei's HarmonyOS full-scenario product matrix made its debut. Yu Chengdong, Huawei's Executive Director and Chairman of the Terminal BG, detailed Huawei's full-scenario ecosystem in a special live broadcast on March 14th. Huawei's full-scenario is based on the HarmonyOS foundation, where different devices and scenes can share a single system and ecosystem, realizing Harmony scene interconnection in the home space. As of now, the HarmonyOS ecosystem has gathered over 7.2 million Harmony developers who have developed more than 400,000 innovative applications. In the home scene, the Harmony Smart Home ecosystem has already covered over 3,200 brands and 400 categories of smart devices. Yu Chengdong also introduced in the broadcast that Huawei's full-scenario will also empower home devices and scenes with AI intelligence. Currently, HiAssistant 6.0 has the ability of AI deep semantic understanding, allowing for unified management and control of devices in the home.
