ST Chenming: Five major production bases have resumed full production and intend to apply for the revocation of some risk warnings.

ST Chenming announced that, with the support of party committees, governments, and financial institutions at all levels, the company has adjusted its product structure according to market changes and promoted the resumption of work and production at each production base. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the five major production bases in Shouguang, Zhanjiang, Huanggang, Jiangxi, and Jilin have all resumed production, and overall production capacity has returned to 100%. This will improve the company's operating cash flow, enhance profitability and competitiveness, and reduce debt risks. The company will also apply to revoke other risk warnings corresponding to Article 9.8.1.
