China Eastern Airlines: Intends to sign an exclusive operation agreement for cargo transportation business with Shan Airlines.

National Cargo Airlines announced that, in order to resolve competition issues with Shan Airlines, the company plans to sign an "Exclusive Operating Agreement for Passenger Aircraft Freight Business" with them. National Cargo Airlines will exclusively operate all of Shan Airlines' passenger aircraft's available cargo space for freight services. Shan Airlines is an affiliated company of the company, with total assets of 28.673 billion RMB, net assets of -10.809 billion RMB, revenue of 9.57 billion RMB and a net loss of 0.936 billion RMB in the first half of 2025. The agreement will be in effect from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2034, and the relevant transactions have been approved by the board of directors and independent directors.
