Kaiying Network announcement, the company's directors and all senior management personnel's plan to increase holdings has been completed. From March 13, 2026, within 6 months, they intend to increase their holdings by no less than 9.5 million yuan. As of now, the relevant personnel have cumulatively increased their holdings by 503,800 shares through centralized bidding, totaling 9.7505 million yuan, accounting for 0.024% of the total share capital of the company. The increase holders include Shen Jun, Zhao Fan, Qian Junfa, Huang Yu, Lin Bin, Tang Yue, Liu Honglin, and Zhang Qirun.
