Guo Minghui: NVIDIA and Five Speed Technology have started testing the next generation CCL material M10.

Guo Mingkui, an analyst at Tianfeng International, stated that Nvidia and Wuspeed Technology have begun testing the next generation of CCL material, M10, which may trigger the upgrade and replacement of PCB materials for future AI servers. Sample testing is set to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with preliminary test results expected to be announced in the second quarter of 2026. If testing goes smoothly, M10 CCL and PCB are expected to enter mass production in the second half of 2027. Wuspeed Technology is leading the development of PCB for Nvidia's next-generation Kyber rack and new platform Rubin Ultra / Feynman.
