Recently, the Ministry of Water Resources and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Service Contract for Contractual Water Conservation Projects" and included it in the National Administration for Market Regulation's contract model library for reference by water users and water conservation service agencies. The aim is to establish a sound contractual water conservation management system, regulate the implementation of contract water savings projects, fully leverage the role of an effective market and proactive government, and promote the healthy and orderly development of contractual water conservation management.
