Decision of the Fourth Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress to Approve the Report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Work Situation of Legal Cleaning and Opinions on the Handling of Relevant Laws and Decisions

The Fourth Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress decided to approve the report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the work of legal review and opinions on handling relevant laws and decisions, declaring 35 laws and decisions on related legal issues in the appendix to this decision to be invalid. Within the effective period of the invalidated laws and decisions on related legal issues, the decisions made in accordance with those laws and decisions on related legal issues shall remain valid.
