Science and technology innovation growth sector welcomes the first batch of "graduates", and 6 companies will be removed from the sector.
On the evening of March 12th, Cambrian disclosed its annual report for 2025, achieving a net profit of 20.59 billion yuan for the whole year, marking the official removal of the unprofitable company label and becoming the first "graduate" company on the sci-tech innovation board's growth board. As the annual report season unfolds, it is expected that five companies including BeiGene, Allchip, Novo Nordisk, Northx Life, and Jingjin Electric will also gradually remove their "U" status. Since its inception, the sci-tech innovation board has supported a total of 61 unprofitable companies to enter the capital market for listing, of which 22 have successfully removed the "U" status after listing. It is estimated that the number of companies removing their "U" status after the disclosure of the 2025 annual report will reach 28, accounting for nearly 50%. The 28 companies listed took an average of about 2.2 years from listing to removing the "U" status, and are expected to achieve operating income of 175.816 billion yuan and a net profit of 9.487 billion yuan in 2025.
