Announcement: The company has successfully acquired 29.99% equity of the target company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued the "Confirmation of Share Transfer Agreement of Listed Company" on March 10, 2026. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation registered all the sold shares to YBX's A-share securities account on March 11, 2026, and provided the "Confirmation of Securities Transfer Registration" on March 12, 2026. Therefore, YBX currently holds 29.99% equity of the target company and has become the controlling shareholder. The partial tender offer for 13.02% equity has not been completed yet, and the company will release a progress announcement in due course.
