"Roadmap for Standardization in the Smart Home Industry" is released.
AWE2026 opened in Shanghai on the morning of March 12th. During the opening ceremony, Qu Zongfeng, Vice President of the China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute and Deputy Director of the National Household Electrical Appliances Standardization Technical Committee, released the "Roadmap for Standardization of the Smart Home Industry". For the first time in the construction of the national standard system, this roadmap has set up an independent subsystem for smart utilities, with user-perceivable safety, comfort, health, and personalized result-based indicators as core requirements; strengthening AI security standards and conducting credibility assessments for illusions output content caused by the use of large models, voice assistants, and home managers.
