Ri Yue Guang held a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday for its new factory in the third park of Nanzi Technology in Kaohsiung. The total investment for this project amounts to 17.8 billion New Taiwan Dollars, and it is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028. The new factory in this park will include a smart operations center and an advanced process testing building, focusing on the high-level packaging and modular needs driven by AI and HPC.
