The statement said that the restructuring aims to raise funds, further invest in artificial intelligence and enterprise sales, while enhancing financial strength. Atlassian CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes stated in a blog post, "Ignoring the changes that AI brings to our required skill structure and specific field positions is tantamount to self-deception. Change has already happened."
