Recently, the deployment and implementation of the correct performance view learning education has become a hot topic among the delegates of this year's National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The performance view is the "compass" for work and entrepreneurship, determining the value pursuit and direction of action of party members and cadres; internal competition is a "drag" in the development process, reflecting deep-seated problems of ineffective competition, redundant efforts, and formalism. Although they belong to different categories, there is a close logical relationship between them: if the performance view deviates slightly, internal competition will increase. Once there is a deviation in the performance view, like a steering wheel in the hands of a driver, even a slight deviation can cause the development cause to go off course, cascading and amplifying, formalism and internal competition escalating, ultimately consuming the enthusiasm for work and delaying the overall development. To eliminate internal competition and stimulate the momentum of actual work, the first step is to recalibrate the performance view and eradicate the soil in which internal competition breeds.
