On March 11th, Qiao YinpIng, Chief Operating Officer, Party Secretary of the Electrical Wind Power Committee, and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, visited the New Energy Branch of CNOOC Limited in Beijing and held talks with Du Xiaolei, Party Secretary and General Manager of the New Energy Branch.
