TCL Smart Home Announcement: Mr. Zhang Rongsheng, a non-independent director of the company, has resigned for personal work reasons. The controlling shareholder, TCL Home Appliances Group Limited, has proposed electing Mr. Song Honghai as a non-independent director as a temporary proposal to be discussed at the 2025 annual shareholders meeting. Mr. Song Honghai does not hold any shares of the company and has previously held senior management positions in several leading international and Chinese investment banks and financial institutions.
