Enlightenment Environment announced that, according to preliminary calculations by the finance department, the company expects that the net assets attributable to the parent company at the end of 2025 may be negative. If the audited net assets attributable to the parent company at the end of the period are negative, the stock trading may be subject to delisting risk warning after the disclosure of the 2025 annual report. Currently, the annual report audit work is still in progress. If the relevant provisions are triggered, the stock will be suspended from trading for 1 trading day after the announcement, and delisting risk warning will be implemented after resumption of trading.
